You are what you eat and what you do not eat. Eat low nutrient foods and fluids and limit your health quotient. Eat high nutrient foods and fluids and increase your health quotient. It’s quite basic that all cells of our bodies require certain nutrients to properly take in and process oxygen, process and eliminate waste, maintain and rebuild cell structures, support function of cell structures, reproduce, survive and thrive. We address you, your whole body – not just the pain in your back. Thus we provide nutritional recommendations to help you re-establish general health and address specific conditions.

When we work with you on your nutrient health status we will utilize scientific and well established programs. For starters focus your eating habits on the following:

  1. Always eat throughout the day plant based foods such as colorful vegetables, fresh fruit, beans and legumes.
  2. Drink plenty of water, one 8 oz. glass eight times per day, preferably distilled. Other forms may include deep spring water, naturally carbonated, filtered or purified water. Please also avoid the plastic bottle containers.
  3. Eat in moderation whole grains, nuts and seeds, fish, non-fat dairy, wild meat and fowl
  4. Eat rarely red meat, refined grains, fatty dairy, refined oil and sweets

Eat, drink and be merry – the natural way!
